Public Square is a great asset to Cleveland. With new renovations still fresh to our city, we are all still excited about what the space means to us as Clevelanders.
While Public Square was redesigned with buses in mind, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and other city officials are now looking at plans to close off the space to buses. All of this in spite of the fact that the decision to include buses in the renovations was made with stakeholder input in mind, and rerouting buses around Public Square would add significant expenses to RTA's operating costs.
Will you let the Mayor know that Clevelanders want Public Square to stay open to buses?
